Infrastructure Developer

Our client's work involves CQL-based Knowledge Representation, integration with EMR systems, Decision Engine recommendations, foundational Terminology Content Management, and applications that deliver insights to Providers at Care Delivery Organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and reusable scripts for deploying infrastructure according to approved architecture and Lazard standards.
• Create CI/CD pipelines to automate application infrastructure deployments.
• Monitor and manage day-to-day activities in Azure environments, promptly addressing system alerts and notifications.
• Assist with resource provisioning, migration, and configurations within Azure.
• Manage cloud networking and security (Firewalls, NSGs, ASGs, WAFs) while monitoring system logs.
• Implement high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), backup, and retention policies using native Azure options and third-party tools like Rubric.
• Perform daily administration and operational tasks, including monitoring, support, and maintenance of Azure workloads.
• Understand and support cloud-native DNS services and integrate with Azure using tools like Infoblox.
• Apply critical operating system updates, security patches, and configuration changes using Automation Accounts and Update Management.
• Automate end-to-end deployable tasks to reduce manual intervention using DevOps tools.
• Collaborate closely with networking, firewall, security, and applications teams during cloud solution implementations.
• Work with the Active Directory (AD) team to create necessary app registrations and service principles for Azure services authentication and authorization.
• Contribute to reducing operational incidents through standardization and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science.
• Experience with log collection tools and analysis, including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspaces, and App Insights.
• Familiarity with configuring and integrating monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Deep understanding and practical knowledge of primary Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Active Directory, Automation, Monitor, and Log Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Blueprints, Policies, Terraform, ARM templates, and PowerShell scripts.
• Knowledge of cloud concepts and services within Azure.
