What you'll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage various strategies and coordinate with program managers to monitor supply chain activities and resolve availability issues
- Lead the demand planning process using IBP demand module to generate and review product-level forecasts
- Facilitate demand review meetings with leadership to achieve consensus and align on forecasts
- Develop, implement, and track key performance indicators, presenting results monthly at the executive level
- Identify and address forecast improvement opportunities in collaboration with team members for both short-term and long-term forecasts
- Review sales trends and adjusted forecast bias within IBP to improve accuracy.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies, including market trend analysis and efficiency improvements
- Prepare and analyze reports on planning activity metrics, recommending improvements and collaborating with material managers for accurate forecasting
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage safety stock, and ensure compliance with budget and project standards
- Coach and provide guidance to team members, setting clear expectations and solicit feedback
- Manage workflow for projects, including new product rollouts and production order monitoring, while addressing availability issues and maintaining performance within budget constraints
What you have: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 8-10 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of management experience
