RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a leading Global Consumer Brand Manufacturer is expanding their Finance Team. They are looking for a Senior Manager of Indirect Procurement in Stamford, CT. This is a newly created role and offers a flexible work schedule and amazing benefits.Summary:As the Senior Manager of Indirect Procurement, you will play a critical role in driving cost savings, optimizing procurement processes, and managing supplier relationships for indirect goods and services within our global organization.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Professional certification such as CPSM, CIPS, or PMP is highly desirable
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Experience with ERP system such as SAP preferred, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of managing indirect procurement categories and delivering significant cost savings
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
