Join our team as a Senior Manager of Project Management, focusing on optical projects and program management, and help us drive success in this exciting and rapidly evolving area of our business. This is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director Health & Wellness Strategy and Business Development.
About the team: You will be a part of a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence in optical and teleoptometry. We are a team of experienced leaders, optometrists, optical technicians, and teleoptometry specialists who are dedicated to providing high-quality services and solutions to our customers. Together, we will work to identify areas of improvement, implement innovative solutions, and continuously improve our processes to ensure that we are delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
What you'll do:
- Leading a team and driving the development and implementation of optical and teleoptometry initiatives across Walmart's retail footprint.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all projects are aligned with industry standards and best practices, and will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with these initiatives, and providing regular project updates and progress reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in managing and delivering complex healthcare projects, with a specific focus on optical and teleoptometry initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive project success.
- Deep understanding of the optical and teleoptometry industry, including current trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.
3 years' project management experience.

Managing small or medium scale change initiatives, Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field, Project Management Certification, Six Sigma certification
