Senior Manager - Social Impact Operations

As the Senior Manager of Social Impact Operations, you will lead the operations for a dynamic corporate social impact team and the Best Buy Foundation. This includes financial operations management, technology resource leadership, Best Buy Foundation board operations. This leader partners internally with tax, legal, finance, and externally with Social Impact vendors to provide excellent service to non-profit partners and team members.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do
Lead the team managing giving operations Drive strategic review and oversight of routines, systems, and operational approach to modernize our operationsLead development of innovative operational solutions that drive operational efficiency and end user experienceLead operations for the Best Buy Foundation, including board meetings, board relationships, and financial complianceManage technology platforms that enhance and support Social Impact operations, including Salesforce, giving management, and employee engagement.
Basic qualifications
8 years of progressively responsible operations leadership, non-profit experience preferred7 years of budget planning and management5 years of analytical, organizational, and planning experience
Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related fieldStrong knowledge of social impact issues and stakeholder landscapesExperience embedding equity in processes
