Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Product Manager, Retail Media:
- Develop and implement a clear product vision and roadmap for our client's Retail Media program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product changes and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality ad products
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure our ad products are best-in-class
- Formulate, test, and refine product hypotheses through user research and testing
- Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy
Required Skills for Senior Product Manager, Retail Media:
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a retail or advertising environment
- Proven experience with modern software development practices and agile methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience conducting user research and competitive analysis
