Baer is looking for Senior SAP EHS QM Manager for a 6-month Federal project located in Kansas City, MO.

Title: Senior SAP EHS QM Manager
Location: Hybrid - Kansas City, MO

Rate: All-inclusive

Description:

• Lead efforts to gather and document client business process requirements related to SAP Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Quality Management (QM).
• Develop and document detailed configuration rationales and system designs to meet client business requirements. Implement SAP solutions for EHS and QM processes within the S/4 HANA environment.
• Implement business process functional solutions for EHS and QM, ensuring effective integration with other SAP modules and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop test strategies, manage large complex test efforts, and ensure thorough testing of EHS and QM configurations to meet business needs.
• Create associated documentation such as RICEFW objects, test models, test scripts, and other technical documents for solution deployment and implementation.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and configuration support for SAP EHS and QM processes, including integration with other SAP and external applications.
• Facilitate interaction with technical and functional counterparts to ensure that solutions meet all functional requirements, ensuring smooth integration and implementation.
• Support budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning processes related to EHS and QM initiatives within the SAP environment.
• Lead, mentor, and train junior team members, ensuring the efficient delivery of SAP EHS and QM solutions and supporting professional development within the team.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and functional experience in EHS and QM (Environmental Health and Safety and Quality Management).
• Team lead experience, including the ability to manage, mentor, and guide a team of functional and technical resources.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP EHS and QM, with demonstrated experience in solution design and implementation.
• U.S. Citizenship required for eligibility to work on federal projects.
• Familiarity with federal finance regulations and systems, with experience working in government projects.
• Federal government experience, particularly in SAP EHS or QM within a federal finance environment.
• SAP S/4 HANA experience in EHS and QM processes.
• Relevant SAP certifications (such as SAP Certified Application Associate or SAP Certified Professional).
• Experience working in the Manufacturing (MFG) or Energy sectors is highly preferred.

Public trust security clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a form.
