Dev Technology is looking for a SharePoint Collaboration Specialist/Developer with direct, hands-on experience providing resolution of SharePoint collaboration issues. This employee will support efforts related to the customer's intranet site. The best candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, bring attention to detail, and seek to solve problems for our Government customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide backup support for Project Management activities
  • Lead projects through development lifecycle using Agile methods
  • Oversee and mentor junior staff
  • Provide on-site Tier 2 support for resolution of SharePoint collaboration issues. Tier 2 support is defined as issues escalated by the Customer Support Center for advanced support requiring experience with specific SharePoint collaboration functions. Customer support issues are routed and tracked utilizing ServiceNow.
  • Assist SharePoint collaboration end users in establishing, utilizing, and maintaining collaboration sites, including the managing of permissions, lists, views, libraries, and web parts
  • Create Power Automate workflows to automate forms and business processes using out-of-the-box SharePoint
  • Create forms to automate business processes using either out-of-the-box SharePoint or Power Apps
  • Create PowerBI reports/dashboards to support content presentation
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint collaboration issues to root cause and complete and/or coordinate fixes
  • Manage and maintain existing SharePoint collaboration knowledge-base, including how-to guides, site owner lists, and collaboration wiki
  • Assist in the development and provision of SharePoint collaboration training to end users
  • Communicate with CFTC staff at all levels to troubleshoot issues, facilitate problem resolution
  • Develop and follow governance to support a consistent and structured collaboration environment
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of SharePoint Collaboration experience in a professional setting
  • Ability to establish, utilize, and maintain SharePoint Online sites
  • Previous experience migrating SharePoint sites with tools such as Sharegate
  • Ability to manage permissions, lists, views, libraries, and web parts
  • Ability to create Power Apps/ Power Automate workflows/PowerBI reports/dashboards to automate forms and business processes using SharePoint
  • Ability to customize SharePoint using JavaScript, JSLink, and other scripting languages
  • Ability to work independently on user project requests to gather, assess and implement requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills

REMOTE POSITIONS AND POSITIONS LISTED FOR MD, NJ, IL, and CO: Our estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000, this presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role. *Salary could fall outside of this range.
