Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a C# Software Engineer.
Position: Full-time, Contract-to-Hire
Duration: 6+ months.
Location: Hybrid out of Irving, TX. Must be Local and be able to work 2-3 days/week onsite.
As a C# Software Engineer you will:
This is an active development role. Will start on the production support team to learn the codebase and become familiar with the domain. Will help to identify issues in the code base and work on applying fixes and notifying the development team. Will participates in all aspects of development cycle. (Feature Planning, Peer Code Reviews, Quality Assurance, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- At least 5+ years in software development.
- Experience working in an agile environment.

Must have experience with:
- C# with .NET Framework v4.8.0+
- Creating testable code and writing unit tests
- Object-oriented programming using C# in Visual Studio IDE.
- T-SQL
- Stored procedures.
- Complex joins, inserts, updates, optimization techniques.
- Experience with normalization and relational database design.
- Experience with database projects in Visual Studio.
- GIT Repositories leveraging Microsoft DevOps.
- Must be extremely organized, motivated, and work with a sense of urgency.
- Must be an expert in debugging code.
- Nice-to-have experience with:
- SSRS experience is a plus.
- Business Analytic Tools (like Looker, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
- Front end development (WinForms, Blazor, Angular).
- Testing Frameworks (Moq, NUnit, Selenium).
- ETL using C# and/or SSIS
- Software design patterns (MVP)
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $50-55 per hour W2.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
