Your new role

As the Senior Tax Manager you will be responsible for managing deadlines related to company's overall tax compliance and tax accounting and analysis. Responsible for accuracy and correctness of final returns, work papers and documentation. Must be able to make concise conclusions on tax code interpretation, methodology and tax positions. You must have the ability to identify audit risks and be able to effectively respond to audit inquiries. Additionally, the employee should be able to assist the Director of Tax (or others as assigned) with various ad hoc reporting and research projects.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have an active CPA license. You will have prior Public Accounting experience. You will have 4 plus years of Income Tax compliance and 2 plus years of Income Tax Accounting (ASC 740). You will also have experience managing a team.
