If so, Rehlko has an excellent opportunity with Rehlko Power Systems' Global Aftermarket organization. Reporting to the Manager - Parts Business Development, Energy, the Service Agreement, Senior Account Manager, Energy will oversee the growth of Service Agreements in North America.
This Service Agreement, Senior Account Manager role entails working with regional channel management in addition to cultivating relationships with Rehlko distribution service operators, strategizing Service Agreement initiatives in data, tracking, growth, and communication to meet aftermarket sales growth targets.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development Service Agreement Program- Assist distributor Service personnel in program structure and growth. Professionally deliver presentations on Rehlko program initiatives, total value proposition, and incentive opportunities.
- Product Management Drive service agreement growth through the collaboration and implementation of new Rehlko Genuine Parts while delivering training on new product launches, programs and systems that are directly related to service agreements.
- Business Intelligence / Customer Centricity Develop and maintain a library of voice-of-the-customer tools and market intelligence data to prioritize tactical and strategic initiatives. Work with distributor leadership to serve as an advisor to distributors parts business growth and profitability.
- Issue Resolution Act- as liaison between distribution and Rehlko Aftermarket Parts in resolving issues as needed

Skills/Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
- 5+ years aftermarket parts service experience in global manufacturing, OEM, or B2B environment preferred.
- Customer relationship management and aftermarket sales experience in a global manufacturing environment preferred. Experience within power generation is a plus.
- Candidate should be a strategic thinker, proactive, with good judgment and curiosity to identify and solve underlying business problems and develop business plans to grow aftermarket parts business.
- Strong problem-solving, writing and presentation skills are required.
- Must be goal oriented, result driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have a passion for aftermarket growth and customer relationship management.
- Responsible for developing relationships and plans to grow parts sales with multiple distributorships.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, analytics and SAP a plus.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time in North America

The salary range for this position is $89800 - $114100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
