As the Services Experience Manager you'll be responsible for the operations and customer experience related to Geek Squad services for both electronic devices (computer and mobile phone repair) and AutoTech (car installations). You'll support between one and seven stores in a micro-market and serve as the link between services and omnichannel. You'll drive localized strategies at your home location and delegate peers and direct reports at other locations. You'll serve as a subject matter expert in the store services portfolio to identify opportunities, implement plans and drive priorities that provide best-in-class employee and customer experiences.
What you'll doPartner with other micro-market and marketplace leaders to drive your services strategy and provide insightsProvide work direction, ongoing training, career development and performance management to your Geek Squat Agents and supervisorsComplete services leadership duties in-store and across the micro-market to ensure employees are deployed to maximize efficiencyAnalyze reporting and performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, turn time, productivity and revenue metrics to identify gaps and lead the team to improve resultsRecruit, hire and onboard a diverse agent workforcePerform in-store leadership duties as needed, including opening, closing, cash management and manager on duty tasksBasic qualifications2 years of management/supervisory experience OR 2 years of military leadership experience including coaching, training, recognition and performance evaluation2 years of experience in sales, customer service or consumer electronics repair1 year of experience analyzing P&L or financial statementsPreferred qualificationsInventory control, technology repair, and/or distribution experienceMulti-unit retail experienceWhat's in it for you
