Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Administrative Coordinator/Executive Assistant
This is an on-site role.
Potential for assignment extension and/or conversion to full time employment.
What is the primary mission of this role? Extensive calendar management for Vice President of SIM and scheduling with Leadership Team
• What are the main functions of this role? Calendar management, handling internal and external communications, events and meeting coordination (set up Zoom, conference rooms, venues). Prepare meeting agenda, expense reports completion, general administrative duties.
• Required Skill Sets: MS Office Suite - Intermediate to Advanced Skills, Zoom and Teams working knowledge, SharePoint platform, note taking
• Desired Skill Sets: Flexibility, project and change management, organized, professional, courteous, great internal and external communication skills
• Years of Experience Required (if any): Minimum 4-6 years current/recent Senior level administrative/executive assistance
• Education Level Required: HS Diploma plus some college
• How will the contractor's success be measured?: Calendar management is key
