The Borrower in Custody (BIC) specialist is responsible for the review of documentation against BIC pledging programs requirements. These programs allow for review of loans against eligibility criteria which are laid out by the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and loans that meet all eligibility criteria maybe pledged. This position will entail reviewing loan documentation for multiple pledging criteria using a checklist to determine if it meets the criteria to be pledged to the Federal Reserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review complex loan documentation within established SLA

• Review & interpret multiple reports related to BIC eligibility

• Ability to read and interpret complex loan documentation against established BIC

requirements

• Ability to identify and timely escalate issues or errors related to BIC process

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with excellent follow-through

and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail

Skills, Education and Experience Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree

• In lieu of degree, a combination of coursework and experience

• Strong Commercial Loan Documentation Experience required

• Previous experience with Borrower in Custody (BIC) program or other Regulatory Reporting preferred, not required

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
