Sr. Contract Paralegal, onsite in Westlake Village, CA (remote work NOT offered)

The Sr. Contracts Paralegal is in charge of managing the entire contract process. This includes handling agreements with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and making sure contracts are followed through from start to finish. You'll also help create and update contract policies and procedures to meet business goals.
Key Duties:
- Negotiate contracts for deals over $1M.
- Support business teams, leaders, and global operations with contract and procurement needs.
- Draft and review contracts, making changes as needed.
- Manage contracts efficiently, from beginning to end.
- Create and improve policies and procedures.
- Communicate clearly, both in writing and speaking.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Represent the company's values and culture in your work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in contract management.
- Paralegal certification or legal qualifications are preferred.
- Certifications like Certified Purchasing Manager are a plus.
