Remote Opportunity - Can be located anywhere in the United States

The Customer Success Data Analyst will support internal and external OEM clients with reporting requests and tasked with leveraging data/customer feedback to uncover insights that drive improvements in customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention. By identifying critical trends and opportunities, the analyst will support the development and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering long-term loyalty.

This role represents an understanding of our internal data and systems, as well as how they connect. This individual will seek to identify leading indicators of success or failure in the areas of customer engagement, adoption, retention, and campaign metrics (open/clickthrough/bounce) other areas serving the Customer Success team. This role requires the ability to inspire and effectively collaborate cross-functionally at CDK.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced analyst who is intellectually curious, strategically minded, proactive in seeking solutions to challenging problems, and highly focused on solving for our customers. This role requires a blend of analytical skills with a strategic mindset and a proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Conduct in-depth analysis customer data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact revenue performance and customer outcomes

  • Introduce best practices for quality assurance

  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets

  • Create engaging and accurate reports and dashboards

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and gaps using descriptive analytics

  • Maintain an understanding of the data visibility needs of the greater customer success team

  • Collaborate with other analysts and business leaders to create a data-for-all culture

  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss project status and goals

  • Present findings to leadership and updating scorecards in Totango

  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in highly technical business or customer analytics roles within SaaS or technology organizations

  • Expertise in querying, analyzing, and visualizing big datasets via building dashboards using data visualization tools

  • Experience working with customer success software like Totango

  • Demonstrated history of building production-grade data models that power dashboards and live technology solutions

  • Strong communication & project management skills and a highly collaborative approach to problem-solving

  • Ability to simultaneously understand the business while focusing deeply on technological and analytical details

  • Strong business intuition with a bias towards action

  • BA/BS or equivalent technical certification, preferably in a quantitative discipline

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000
