Job Description Summary
Responsible for planning and implementing training for Americas Services (Asset Services, PDS, and V&A), including:
- New Employee Curriculum
- Existing Employee Training
- Training Program Management
- Training Project Management
Job Description

  • Deliver training to new and existing Americas Services team members for job-specific applications and processes
  • Work with training team to design and develop on-line courses and simulations in Workday Learning, including knowledge checks
  • Implement training in alignment with the desired outcome relayed from stakeholders
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across services lines and functions to develop and deliver training
  • Collaborate with project teams as the Training Lead for applicable initiatives
  • Complete analysis to understand what new training content should be developed and existing content should be enhanced
  • Provide feedback to management regarding training initiatives

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00
