Position Title: Sr. Manager - Growth Marketing

Location: Dallas, Texas (Remote)

Your role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth Marketing Senior Manager to join our marketing team. The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing targeted campaign strategies that drive awareness, generate demand and support our overall business objectives and strategies. This role is crucial for ensuring our strategic Global and Americas campaigns are integrated across business functions, so that we increase opportunity pipeline and bookings for the Americas sales team.

What you'll do

  • Accelerate Pipeline in Americas: The Sr Growth Marketing Manager will spearhead integrated content and campaign initiatives tailored to specific regional target accounts and personas, ensuring that our content, messaging and campaigns resonate and drive demand within the right audience.
  • Localize Global Campaign Strategies: By working closely with the Global Growth Marketing team, this role will adapt global strategies to local contexts, optimizing our content, campaigns and targeting to meet the unique demands and preferences of various AMER markets.
  • High-Impact, Integrated AMER Campaigns: The Sr Growth Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of targeted Field Marketing, ABM, Sales Plays and PDx Use Case campaigns, ensuring each campaign is highly targeted to deliver the right messaging to the right personas/buying groups.
  • Alignment with Accelerate Digital: The role will ensure that Americas campaign strategies are strategically aligned with Digital Realty business goals and strategies, leading to measurable improvements in opportunity pipeline and bookings.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: The Growth Marketing Manager will foster strong relationships with internal teams, including global/regional marketing, BDRs, sales, product management, and operations, to ensure that all Americas marketing initiatives are integrated cross functionally.
What you'll need
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth and digital marketing strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Project Management: Setting project goals and objectives, coordinating with creative, digital, and sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a team.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Marketo, PowerBI, DemandBase, Outreach and Salesforce is desired
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Moreover, an employee's total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.
