Your new role

As a Senior Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of the construction projects, from planning to execution. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing site operations, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Superintendent within the gov/federal sector
• Experience with Procore or P6 is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safety and quality
