Position Summary: The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing key components of the company's financial statements and contributing to a smooth financial close process for our global entity. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a collaborative spirit to work with both internal and external partners.

MUST HAVE:

• Knowledge of NetSuite and GAAP/IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close processes.
• Prepare and upload monthly journal entries.
• Conduct and analyze account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Record payroll and collaborate with HR to verify accurate financial data.
• Assist with audit requests and liaise with auditors as needed.
• Update and maintain process documentation for assigned accounting processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with the global finance department to execute various financial tasks.
• Participate in special projects and fulfill other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a multi-national organization.
• Familiarity with audit processes.
• Knowledge of NetSuite and GAAP/IFRS standards.
