Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Subcontract Administrator to support a mid size level government contractor. This position offers a hybrid schedule in Arlington, VA. For immediate consideration email your resume to rkissinger@judge.com.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure subcontract documents comply with established procedures.
• Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, and terms to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Procure and administer purchase orders and subcontracts for goods and services.
• Maintain records for the same per established procedures.
• Ensure post-award compliance on supplier performance (cost, schedule, technical aspects, etc.) of awarded agreements.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), IDIQ vehicles, GWACs, and GSA schedules.
• Knowledge of SAP
• Experience in negotiations, subcontractor due diligence, and small business reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under strict deadlines

EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ progressive years of government contracting experience
• A relevant degree such as a Bachelor's or College Degree in Education, Business/Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business, Administration, Management, Finance, or Engineering is preferred.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CPCM, CPSM, FAA, AMS, FAR, NCMA, CPM, CAPM, CFCM, or CSCP may be beneficial.
