Title: Commercial Superintendent

Commercial Superintendent oversees the daily operations of commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and Supervision: Managing work schedules, supervising activities, and ensuring compliance with contract documents.
- Communication: Collaborating with clients, project managers, and other construction management personnel including subcontractors.
- Coordination: Coordinating materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
- Team Management: Hiring subcontractors, assigning work, and maintaining daily logs for job site operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience overseeing commercial construction projects.
• Proficient in reading and understanding construction documents, including drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to think on feet.
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30
• Procore, BuildPro, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
