RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Systems Analyst.Responsibilities:- The Systems Analyst will achieving requirements for self-contained projects within a larger program
- Assisting in the writing of user requirements and all the supporting documentation
- Helping the team to remove impediments and facilitate agile ceremonies such as the daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives. using Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and collaboration tools
- The Systems Analyst will be working with Squad Leader and Scrum Teams to maintain the Product and Sprint backlog
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of business or systems analysis experience and systems development
- At least 5 years of experience working in an agile environment
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Understanding of the Agile software development methodology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, allowing you to interview Business partners to understand project objectives, use cases and requirements
- Ability to diagram business processes and system workflows
- Possess an analytical and consulting approach - able to ask engaging questions to help tease out requirements details and technical implementation options
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Understanding of the Agile software development methodology
- Dedicated and highly motivated with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies and business concepts
- Expertise in conveying technical concepts with internal customers, technical team members, and/or other technical contributors across the organization
- Strong analytical skills, enabling you to research, document and review existing systems and recommend designs for achieving requirements for self-contained projects within a larger program
- Proficiency in assisting in the writing of user requirements and all the supporting documentation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
