Position Summary:
This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) Director to ensure TA processes, systems and tools are implemented with the highest level of customer service and efficiency to provide a positive candidate, new hire, employee, and manager experience. The TA Process and Systems Analyst will support all phases of the hiring process and be responsible for process consistency, governance, and clear communication on expectations. They will lead process improvement initiatives and provide support on process guides and internal workflow documentation. They will be responsible for overseeing and updating system improvements, new requirements, and templates within each of our tools in the hiring, screening, and onboarding process. This role will assist in defining our college recruiting program strategy and outreach to Career Services contacts and internal participating organizations. This role will audit new hire processing, document completion, and provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
