RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Technical Program Product Manager in Arlington, VA. The Technical Program/Product Manager is responsible for owning and driving complex, strategic business initiatives that have significant cross-organizational impact. The successful individual will have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, write effectively, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. This role is responsible for owning and driving complex, strategic business initiatives that have significant cross-organizational impact. Responsibilities:
  • Be a people focused organizational leader. Help grow talent by willingly imparting your skills and knowledge into the function, serving as a mentor and developer of others
  • Identify and prioritize cross-group collaboration opportunities
  • Set and drive regular cadence of communications to stakeholders, both internal and external for business, operational, and strategic reviews
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior leadership team
  • Engage on special or strategic projects and initiatives; Driving cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions
  • Define and own high-impact frameworks, processes, and strategies that drive measurable results and set the organization up for long-term success
  • Communicate ideas and initiatives clearly with direct and indirect stakeholders, effectively advocating for opportunities up to the VP level


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional experience; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of technical business leadership and roadmap strategy development experience
  • Previous experience in services and/or network infrastructure
  • Strong background in infrastructure and technology development
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in services and/or network infrastructure

  • Experience delivering results as both hands on contributor and influential stakeholder
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making abilities, critical-thinking skills and ability to determine root cause
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Able to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and faultless attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically, act tactically, write effectively, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
  • Experience with root cause/problem analysis including the usage of data manipulation tools such as Quicksight, Excel, and Tableau
  • Problem solver who can adjust in an ever-changing environment; Passion for problem solving


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
