A day in the life.
As a Technology Business Partnership Manager on the MMA IT Systems and Applications team, you will play a crucial role in building strategic alignment - fostering collaboration, breaking down silos, and optimizing overall effectiveness. Your primary responsibility will be to define, champion, and iterate on the jointly determined strategic direction, ensuring that the approach to technology reflects MMA's organizational strategy, while promoting a culture of creativity, innovation, and value that will help drive the organization towards future success. In alignment with the Enterprise Architecture, Delivery Managers, and Business Operations teams, you will work closely with partners to set expectations, achieve alignment, and deliver fit-for-purpose value-add solutions, as well as to develop and deliver value-add key performance indicators by Portfolio.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes.
• 10+ years of experience in a Business Relationship Manager role or similar
• Demand Management: Owning and orchestrating the intake, tracking, and prioritization of new requests
• Portfolio Management, Health Metrics & Reporting
• Acquisition Integration Strategy & Coordination
• Business Case Development, Costing & Budgeting Coordination and Support
• Excellent listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility as a strategic partner.
• Strong people leadership skills
• Comfort in managing relationships with the C-suite and assuming the voice of diligence with a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of synthesizing complex information and presenting it in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
• Interacts with energy, focus, assertiveness, and diplomacy
• A problem solver who takes ownership and drives results as part of a team.
• Humility, actively listening, effective communication, and skillful negotiation.
• Innate ability to identify the root cause of issues or problems.
• People Leadership skills, with a servant leader mentality and a proven ability to provide clear direction.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
• University degree in the field of computer science and/or project management
• Certifications in Agile and other related project disciplines.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $108,700 to $190,300.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
