BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technology Delivery Lead Job for an opportunity in Irving, TX

Position Title: Technology Delivery Lead

Location: Irving, TX
Anticipated Start Date: December 25th

Expected Duration: 9+ months Contract (with possibility of extension)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite
Pay Range: $80/hr - $87.14/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Primary job duties/responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire IT Operations of client's Wholesale Apps, from incident management, release management to batch operations.
Knowledge of the Power market across NA is a must to be successful in this role.
The candidate must show strong technology leadership and industry knowledge in Commercial Trading, must report to the client site and preferably local or willing to relocate to DFW.

Responsibilities:
Oversee overall IT operations of client's Wholesale applications.
Manage incident and problem resolution.
Oversee end-of-day batch processes and ensure SLA is met.
Manage month/year-end activities and support critical business processes.
Manage on/off cycle releases and secure change management approvals.
Act as a business point of contact for any critical incident.
Manage onshore and offshore day-to-day work.
Participate in audit and coordinate security patching activities.
Report status and metrics to Accenture and client leadership.
