We have an opportunity for a Telecommunication (VTC) Analyst to support one of our Federal customers in Falls Church, VA.
MINIMUM CLEARANCE LEVEL: Secret

LOCATION: Falls Church, VA
Position Description:
The Telecommunication (VTC) Analyst is responsible for setting up, installing, testing, troubleshooting, and operating Audio/Video/Control and related equipment as well as managing all field-related operations. Provide support to include the operation and management of customer's Video Teleconference (VTC) systems. Support all customer requests related to setting up, managing, and supporting Video Teleconferences, Conference Calling, Audio Visual requirements, and other associated bridge requests per SOP. Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to the customer representatives for coordination of product solution.
