The Department of English at Colby College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in African American Literature and expressive cultures of the 20th and 21st Centuries. We support a lively array of lectures, faculty work-in-progress seminars, and readings, and we foster both student and faculty research through grants and off-campus opportunities.
