Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst Intern in our Human Resource Department for the Summer. This opportunity will allow an intern to work on processes on data input tasks, report creation and analyses to help identify trends, and process improvements. Understand compensation (how employees are paid), align job roles to a pay grade and professional level. Interns will also learn the basic concepts of benefit programs offered to attract and retain employees: health insurance, time off and retirement savings.
This paid internship will be located at our corporate headquarters in Meridian, ID and may have some opportunity for hybrid work schedule.
