Under the direction of the Sr. Channel Manager, the Market Analyst - Training will be responsible for development of training materials and activities in North America, with emphasis on development of sales training content and platform administration within the Sales organization. The Market Analyst - Training will play a key role in driving training program initiatives aimed at improving product awareness, professional acumen, and team performance. This position will work with primarily domestic internal and external customers, in close collaboration with the sales department, AMPS team, product management, and channel management associates.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates and leads development of multi-modal sales/commercial training materials, working in concert with global/regional sales and marketing departments. Ensures on-time delivery of all materials via online Learning Academy and other digital platforms within assigned budgets.
  • Lead internal communications to generate associate awareness and engagement with training programs and resources, including implementation of strategies that drive program participation.
  • Working in alignment with organization leadership, create course curriculums and content for the purpose of developing sales acumen and professional soft skills of sales and marketing associates.
  • Oversee the registration process for managed course curriculums and facilitate a course completion recognition program that includes training history and refresh/tune-up intervals.
  • Administrator of online CEU registration portal - processing requests, renewal of state sponsorships, manage changes, issue resolution, onboarding new users, and issuance of session certificates.
  • Lead the ongoing update and maintenance of existing Learning Academy and CEU Portal training modules and resources for technical accuracy, market relevance, and current brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with technical training colleagues to generate monthly progress reports on distributor technician registrations and training history to support channel management performance measures.
  • Act as business representative and product owner in organizational discussions, developments, and formal engagements with third party vendors who host/provide training platforms and resources.
  • Leveraging data to develop proposals for program expansions that improve the reach and use of training resources, such as new audiences, curriculum, platforms, modes, etc.
  • Provide analysis in all phases of the training program/processes by providing reports and recommendations that portray a clear picture and solution suggestions that resolve challenges.
  • Brand ambassador ensuring all communications and training material remain on brand guidelines.

Skills/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university in communications, business, or marketing preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in business training curriculum and program development
  • Experience in advertising and communications environment desirable
  • Demonstrated competency in the use of training tools and presentation platforms
  • Strategic thinking, project management skills, and strong communications skills
  • Experience in project planning, attention to details, and demonstrably creative thinker
  • Strong written and oral communicative skills; versed in Microsoft environment

The salary range for this position is $66,300 - $83,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
