Travel Manager

Our client, a cloud-based platform, is seeking a Travel Manager in their NYC office. The hours are 9am-6pm three days in the office with two days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and book travel (flights, cards, hotels)
• Create and maintain relationships with outside travel agencies, vendors, and hotels
• Approve and review travel requests to ensure they're in compliance with the company's global travel policy
• Review all submitted travel reports to ensure compliance with corporate policies
• Collect receipts that correspond with travelers' expense reports

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a travel agency or travel coordinator role
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with coordinating travel across the Americas (US, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, etc.)
• Must be highly organized

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $95K base depending on experience + bonus
• Medical, Dental and Vision plans
• 20 paid days off, 10 sick days/mental health
• $500 home office set up
