About the Job...
As a Manager, Sourcing - Supplier Education, your expertise, vision, and strategy will allow you to create learning and development pathways for our suppliers at Walmart. You will utilize LMS's to implement L&D Structure and Instructional Design for the suppliers we work with, ensuring that they meet the standard of excellence and service required by Walmart. You will also help in the supplier onboarding process, getting them up and running in the system and ensuring that they get paid.

- Create learning pathways for suppliers.
- Utilize LMS's like Canvas and Blackboard, as well as WordPress.
- Gameify the learning experience to ensure that our suppliers are engaged and active in their learning.

- You have a passion for developing learning pathways and leading supplier onboarding..
- You can build strong relationships and influence those around you at all levels and have demonstrated success leveraging cross functional teams.
- You are well-versed in WordPress.
- You possess natural curiosity to learn beyond the minimum requirements to perform role.
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business or related field plus 3 years of experience in learning & development or related field.
Skills required: Must have experience with:
- Advanced Microsoft Suite.
- Project management and planning.
- Relationship building.
- Analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Optional preferred qualifications for this position:
- WordPress experience.
- Experience working with Canvas and Blackboard.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related area.
3 years' experience in sourcing.
Bilingual in English and one or more language used to transact business in assigned country.
Project Management certification.
