RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote UX Designer to join their team. This Designer needs heavy experience doing design for software applications and specifically web apps. This candidate will be doing end to end design on the page and will be purely responsible for the UI/UX portion. They will be involved with user research, usability testing, writing usability scripts, and full-on design principles on the UI with Figma and Miro.REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-4 years of experience in UX design, particularly with app design
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and usability script writing
- Experience working in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of personalization techniques
- Proficient in Figma and Miro
- Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on validation and iterative improvement
- Ability to understand and read code
- Any knowledge of front-end development and reading code is a plus along with experience with AI/ML/analytics
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
