Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Position Summary: We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is welcoming, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages or providing information as needed.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff, as needed.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Order office supplies and track inventory to ensure front desk needs are met.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude and a professional, polished appearance.
