Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to oversee daily administrative operations and provide support across various office functions. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing office resources, coordinating schedules, and assisting with clerical tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.
- Manage office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and organizing storage areas.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation materials and workspace setup.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management to maintain organized and accessible office records.
- Collaborate with other departments to support special projects and ensure smooth workflow across the organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, addressing maintenance or repair needs as they arise.
- Assist with tracking expenses and processing invoices in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in an office administration or support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong customer service orientation.
